Ensure all fitness staff is certified in the area of instruction and manage certification records.
Create, implement, and oversee all health and wellness programs with goals and objectives including but not limited to member retention, program, membership growth, and revenue.
Enhance member relations and retention by developing and implementing innovative programs
Oversee analysis of member feedback, program feedback, and instructor feedback tools
Oversee coordination of registration and participation in programs
Oversee timely communication with staff and participants.
Stay updated on current training ideas and philosophies.
Audit programs regularly and provide feedback to ensure that customer service standards are met.
Oversee the execution and delivery of administrative duties.
Hire, train, and manage a team of personal trainers, coaches, and instructors.
Conduct personal training and group sessions with members.
Complete all duties as assigned.
What you bring to the Purpose:
Education & Experience: A Bachelor's degree in kinesiology, recreation management, physical education, sports management, or a related field preferred. You have a year of management and/or leadership experience in the fitness industry and a personal training certification from an approved accredited institution.
