F45 Trinity is a brand new location in the Tampa Bay Area and looking to grow our fitness family. If you are passionate about creating a positive, supportive training environment for clients and get excited about playing a key role in an F45 studio, then this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare for and lead F45 group training classes
  • Ensure all members are getting attention in class and are performing exercises safely and correctly
  • Able to perform/demonstrate all exercises and assist with regressions and progressions for all fitness levels from beginners to elite
  • Complete F45 Academy's required curriculum
  • Promote an energetic and welcoming environment
  • Greet members by name and establish relationships
  • Inspire members to fully utilize all F45 resources to achieve personal fitness goals
  • Help set up equipment layout for classes as needed and maintain an impeccable studio
  • Attend required meetings with the team members
  • Assist in promotional events
  • Enroll new members on site or in the community
  • Lead by example in providing the ultimate F45 Training experience during class
  • Perform member fitness consultations and sign up new members as needed
  • Promote studio on a regular basis using social media
  • Other related duties as assigned

Job Requirements

- Certification through a nationally recognized organization (NASM, ACE, etc.)
- Minimum of 1 year of Personal and/or Group Training Experience
- Must hold and maintain a current CPR/First Aid/AED certification
