Job Requirements
EXPERIENCE: Personal Training experience preferred but not required. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Physical effort required for daily duties include lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing and walking. WORK ENVIRONMENT: While performing the duties of this job the team member is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. Extended workdays are a frequent occurrence, as are weekends & holidays as needed to support the business. EMPLOYEE SUCCESS CRITERIA: - Must maintain or grow current active client count month over month. - Monthly Sessions Serviced 60 Personal Training Sessions (30 Minute sessions count as .5 sessions serviced) - Personal Training Revenue $3,000 per month - Client resign % 80% - SMART START Show % 80% - SMART START Closing % 20% - Must exceed hourly draw each pay-period (Commission Earning Hourly Draw)
